How to Become a Member of NETAR?

To become a Realtor member of the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors, you must complete the following steps:

1. Complete the required education to be licensed in the state of Tennessee. Currently, this is a 60 hour course with exam.
2. Take and pass the licensing exam through the state of Tennessee.
3. Once you have your license, click here and fill out the application for NETAR membership.
4. Attend the two day orientation at the NETAR office (to include Ethics training) and pay required fees.
5. Upon NETAR board of director's approval, you will be a member in good standing-not only of NETAR but you will also be a member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

To become an Affiliate member

1. Fill out the Affiliate membership application and fax or email it to the NETAR office.
2. Pay the associated fees required.
