What is RPAC?
RPAC is the political action committee of the Northeast Tennessee Association of REALTORS®, serving as our membership's voice in politics. Your RPAC funds are used to elect pro-REALTOR® candidates at the federal, state, and local levels while also advancing sound policy related to the free enterprise system and the rights to own, use and transfer real property.
Quite simply, RPAC is your best insurance policy for your profession in real estate.
Contributions are not deductible for Federal income tax purposes. RPAC contributions are voluntary and used for political purposes. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal or otherwise affecting your membership rights. Seventy percent of your contribution goes to your State Association to support state and local political candidates. Thirty percent is sent to National RPAC to support Federal candidates against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a.

Golden R - Golden R is a $5,000.00 initial contribution
Crystal R- Crystal R is a $2,500.00 initial contribution
Sterling R is a $1,000.00 contribution to Tennessee RPAC annually.
Bronze R is a $ 500.00 contribution to Tennessee RPAC annually.
Capitol Club is a $250.00 contribution to Tennessee RPAC annually.
99er Club is a $99.00 contribution to Tennessee RPAC annually.
Fairshare is a $20.00 contribution to Tennessee RPAC annually.
